CAR Ltd are the UK's leading experts in paintless dent removal and SMART repairs; the fastest and most economical way to repair cosmetic vehicle damage. Based in South London, CAR Ltd operate a network of technicians providing the motor industry and private motorists with an efficient, economical service, that means vehicles look their best and achieve the maximum price at resale. The company is owned and managed by brothers David and Mark Foster. David Foster established Dents Plus Ltd in 1994 (subsequently changed to Cosmetic Auto Repairs Ltd) and over the last 14 years has built the business into one of the largest companies of its type and the premier supplier of PDR and SMART repairs. David's brother Mark, joined the business in 1995, and together, through the application of their family values of honesty and hard work, have grown CAR Ltd into a successful and respected organisation of which they are justifiably proud. We recognise that as a service company, we are only as good as our employees. Without well trained, professional staff, our customers would soon move their business so we spend as much time as possible training and re-training our technicians to enable them to be the very best in the industry. As apprentices, our trainee technicians spend a minimum of 4 weeks in the classroom followed by up to 6 months in the field shadowing our most experienced operatives and it is only when we know they are ready, that we allow them to work on their own. Indeed our training is so good that garages and dealers operating their own 'in-house' teams have used CAR Ltd to train their staff. All our technicians are full-time employees and part of a managed network covering the UK. This gives us a significant advantage over our competitors and allows us to provide our customers with a 100% reliable service and the flexibility to deal with extra demand as and when it happens. It is also important that we provide our technicians with the very best equipment and materials to do their work. Equally, we ensure that as a company, we stay completely up to date with new PDR and SMART techniques developed in the USA and across the world. We are recognised by the industry as being the best and it's a reputation that we aim to continue for years to come.
